We keep on truckin'..........

Priscilla
Free to a good home

jack russel/whippet mix, spayed
good with humans of any size

We spent/wasted another good morning at the hospital for Bugs' ultrasound. Apparently the doctor's office and them had their signals crossed and she wasn't on the "list"

We weren't about to go home and insisted on getting the damn ultrasound. It took an hour and a half.
Again Oma strollered Boo around the hospital and thank god found a nice little courtyard where I could let her lose in the grass.

After that we tried to find a gas station that still sold gas..(we did find one, a Citgo station, which, I usually boycott because of the Chavez/Venezuela connection. But it being the only game in town, I had no choice) we did some errands quickly.

Bugs is still sore, but her meds are keeping her relatively happy.

I took her home and brought Boo home with me, no use her having to drop her off this afternoon when they go do the rehearsal.

Like I wrote yesterday, last night I got this phone call. It was Daddy. He couldn't get a hold of Bugs, so he wanted to know if I could give him her phone number (HA!) He said the check he sent to child services had the wrong case number on it, and that's why they didn't get it (huh?) So he wanted to just give her some cash.
Well, I told him, you can come by HERE and drop it off, I'll be more than happy to give it to her.
I think that kind of surprised him, so he said: ok...

Two minutes later the phone rings again.

uhhhhhhh.......I don't drive.... (duhhhh)

I told him, you have friends, have one of them drop it of.
It threw him for a loop again...By this time he sounded a bit strung out.

uhhh....o.k.......(duhhh)

Of course no one ever showed up with or without money, se we figure it was just a ruse to get her number.

If anything, our life is....entertaining....

:>)

I've placed a few ads in several places for the dog and the cats. Free to a good home etc etc...
I hope she doesn't have to end up taking them to the pound.

SGMKJ!
